Last updated: March 2026. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the services, website, and digital deliverables provided by Novami Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, requesting architectural consultations, or entering into a Statement of Work (SOW), you agree to be bound by these terms. Custom engineering engagements are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
2. Scope of Services & Delivery
Novami provides custom software development, web & mobile engineering, UI/UX design, cloud architecture, AI solutions, and digital growth marketing. Project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and payment schedules are mutually agreed upon in writing prior to sprint execution.
3. Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment for agreed milestones, all custom software source code, digital assets, and documentation created specifically for the client become the exclusive property of the client.
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to treat all proprietary business data, trade secrets, software architecture designs, and customer information as strictly confidential.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in relevant commercial courts.
